Seed Purchase Charter

1. Agreement to sow responsibly

By browsing Appily Twentytwo or completing checkout, you enter a binding agreement with APPILY TWENTYTWO PETALVAULT DESK PRIVATE LIMITED. This charter governs account use, seed purchases, delivery, and post-delivery support for all flower seed sachets listed on our storefront.

2. Catalogue scope

Our catalogue lists flower seeds exclusively — annual blooms, perennial borders, wildflower meadows, cut-flower varieties, pollinator mixes, shade woodland, and climbing vines. Each listing describes a specific botanical variety with pack size, price, and stock status.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of charges displayed at checkout.
• Seasonal varieties may be temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
• Pack weights reflect standard sowing quantities for home and terrace gardens.
• Product photographs represent the mature bloom; actual flower appearance may vary with soil, climate, and care.

3. Accounts and checkout

You must provide accurate contact details, delivery address, and payment information. Email verification may be required before order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders that appear fraudulent, contain undeliverable addresses, or cannot be fulfilled due to stock or logistics constraints.

4. Germination disclaimer

Seed viability depends on sowing conditions, soil preparation, watering, temperature, and seasonal timing. While every lot is lab-checked before packing, we cannot guarantee germination rates once seeds leave our facility. Sowing instructions on each sachet should be followed for best results.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product descriptions, photography, branding, and layout — is owned by APPILY TWENTYTWO PETALVAULT DESK PRIVATE LIMITED or licensed for use. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from sowing failure, improper storage after delivery, or force majeure events affecting courier networks.

7. Governing law
