Pre-Shipment Cancellation

Effective: 15 July 2026

1. Before dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is handed to the courier. Visit Track & Support or email seeds@appilytwentytwo.com with your order number.

2. After dispatch

Once a parcel is in transit, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or follow our Germination Guarantee Policy if the order arrives damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund timing

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. COD orders cancelled before dispatch incur no charge.
